For 15+ years, my career was defined by high growth, high performing leadership of global marketing teams.

In the whirlwind of success and achievement, my burnout became as high and extreme as the growth trajectory. One day, I stopped. I had built revenue-generating machines and crafted winning global strategies, yet a fire within me completely went out. I had been the woman executive expected to out run, out last, and out perform my counterparts without the support on how.

It was the moment that sparked a new mission - get more women at the top and equip them with tools they need to thrive - on their own terms.

This purpose fueled my transition into coaching. I create a space where women can navigate the changes they need to make, find their voice, and build strong connections. Together, we choose a unique journey of self-discovery to redefine success, craft soul-led leadership principles and ultimately connect you to your full potential.
